Letters From Paris

If you are like me and try to find ways to get a little Paris into your life, I  have found one way to do it!  Last summer a friend of mine who knows I love all things Paris told me about an Etsy shop called The Paris Letters Project by JaniceArtShip.  The owner of this Etsy shop, Janice MacLeod, will send you painted letters about her life in Paris. I immediately had to check it out! Right then and there I knew I had to have one so I ordered one right away!  When it arrived I was not disappointed.  In the most beautiful script and the painting of Shakespeare And Company was sheer art in itself!  When I read the letter of Janice's daily life in Paris it just transported me to those cobblestone streets!
You can order these letters to come to your door, or they make a wonderful gift for any Paris lover!  She has the option to order from one to a series of 12 letters that will arrive, one each month.
I highly recommend if you want a little bit of Paris to arrive at your door without the jet lag, you have to check these out!  I have mine framed and hanging on the wall!

Passion for Paris

Welcome!  If there is one thing I love to share it is my complete and utter fasination for the city of light.  This is the place that I am going to do it.  I decided to start a blog focusing just on Paris and all things French because I have so much to say about this subject.
Sad thing is, you  would think I have been to Paris multiple times the way I am obsessed with it, but oh contaire I have not. I have been there just once, but I dont think there is a minute that goes by that I dont think about or plot ways that I can get there again.  I KNOW I am lucky since I have been there once but that almost made my obsession worse!  I cannot stop thinking about returning!!

Okay so I love Paris, so what you say, lots of people do.  My point is that I know there are many out there that have never been to Paris, would love to go, maybe have no one to go with nor have the funds to go and live everyday dreaming about going.  Believe me I did too!  Now all I want is to go back.  That city gets in your heart, mind, blood, skin and every other place in your body. 

So I'm gonna share how Paris has affected my life, how I incorperate a little bit of Paris and the French lifestyle into my life, and just basic observations and little tidbits I want to share with the rest of you who are Paris obsessed like me.  So until I can get there again, this will be my outlet to babble endlessly about Paris.  So to you, my fellow Paris lovers, I say bienvenue!!
